What about number 4008 in China?I was told to call a number like 4008 XXXXXX when I contact my travel ageny in Beijing? Can you please tell me something about these 4008 number?
Comparing with 800 toll free number, 400 number is not toll free, however it only charges local rate for domestic long distance calling and it only opens for mobile number.
