i have a Chinese tv mobile, the model of the phone found at the back when you remove the battery is “INCOMP Model:W902A”

I am getting problems with my bluetooth connection, the phone lockups when enabling bluetooth and i have to remove the battery to turn off the power and put it back to turn on the phone, also when it is connected to my pc i only get the choices of either “webcam” or “storage”, i don’t see a “com port ” to use so i could use software to back up my contacts and info to my computer, i live in Trinidad W.I., sending it back will cost me more than the phone, is there any way i could enter a factory reset code to reset all options and enable all the functions and applications to have my phone working normal,or any codes to enable “com port” for this model phone? i have searched and all the codes i have found did not work, how can i install additional games and application in this model phone, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I NEED HELP….
