As I understand it, I have to call 17901 then add a+ and dial the number. However, that isn't working and I receive a message saying the number is out of service. So obviously I am doing the wrong thing. Can you give me instructions how to call Australia, what codes and process I need. Thank you

If you lost the password of 179IP card, it can not reset. You have to cancel the bundling and use another card.
