Travel Plan50 is good for you. It's the only one supports international dialing when you travel in different area in China. The fee for calls to US is 0.40 yuan ($ 0.058) per min and incoming calls 0.39 yuan ($ 0.057)per min. The balance left 40 yuan when actived, the total airtime is around 100 min.
